I am currently having issues with a recent van purchase. It seems as though I purchased a van that has an accident history while my wife and I were told differently. It was suggested that I was in need of a new windshield due to a leak I had with the overhead compartment (FALSE). Al and his son arrived at my home and took the time to verify where the leak was coming from. He proved that water was entering the van from  between the metal that is pinch welded across the top of the windshield. This further proves that the van had body work done prior to us purchasing it. We are in the process of having the van looked at by a trusted mechanic to further prove this assumption. 

Al ordered my windshield in advance,  spent 1.5 hours trying to figure out our problem, and didn't charge me a dime even after I offered to pay him for his time. He also provided us with an email further discussing his findings so we can present his information, and the information from my mechanic, to the dealership we purchased the van. 

I can not stress enough how incredible it is to stumble upon someone in the "Service Industry", regardless of what service they provide, who is willing to go above and beyond their job description to simply help out a family in need. It's not always about making a buck and I hope this review makes it to as many readers looking for an exceptional windshield repair company.

Everything about their business is top notch.  I was impressed with my initial call to them and even more impressed with their follow-up and the work they do.  Al was very friendly, courteous, and customer oriented through the whole process.  So glad I opted for SOS over all the other auto glass companies in the area.  Highly recommend SOS.  Ask for Al!

Look no further, by far the best experience I've had with getting a windshield replaced. Great service, phenomenal work, overall I couldnt have wished for a better experience. Al is your guy!

This was the only company that actually left a quote on my voice mail.  Good price, came right to my house and did good work.  I recommend them.

Because of the other reviews, I hired Al to fix one of my automobiles windsheild. Professional, fantastic service and at a good price. Al was friendly, knowledgable and did a great job.
