Thank you, Mars for helping us out choose from the different selection of wines and allowing is to taste before purchasing! I recommend getting the Chef Charcuterie board to pair with any of the wines. I took a first date here after she wanted to do a nice local wine outing, this place is ranked #1 on yelp and google, and didn't disappoint. I did make reservations in advance on a weekday and highly recommend to do so as it was busy. They offer great charcuterie pairings with their wine, highly recommend their mild reds. Oh, and she was impressed, it led to a kiss at the end of the date!

This is becoming a favorite spot to stop before catching a flight out of John Wayne.  Less than ten minutes from the airport.  It's located in a neat little retail area called The Camp.  Parking is free. While there are always a lot of cars in the lot...I've always been able to snag a spot within a few minutes.  Nice atmosphere inside with friendly staff.  Good selection of wine by the glass or by the bottle.  Bottles are available to take home.  Good cheese plates, too.

Such a cute place.  They're very knowledgeable about wines and will pick them for you or you can pick your own.  It's in a trendy very nice center more for mid twenties/thirties, but we 60+ felt very comfortable there.  A must try place for sure.

I stumbled across this cool little place after eating at Native Foods, which is right across from the Wine Lab. I loved that they chose a unique display for their wine tastings by putting the wine in test tubes! It definitely adds to the lab aesthetic and vibe. There are multiple reds and whites to choose from their tap, as well as a few plates and appetizers from their kitchen. This is easy to get to and centrally located in The Camp shopping center although parking may be hard to come by at peak hours. There is bar and table seating inside or table seating and a lovely hammock outside for public use. BONUS: They have a great happy hour that even runs on the weekends! Everything is reasonably priced and the staff were very helpful. The only downside I'd note is that the wine sold in their wine shop area is a bit overpriced when compared to other grocery and liquor stores. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and will definitely be back!

I enjoyed the wines here. There is a lot of variety  wines from all over the world and novelty as far as flight presentation being in test tubes. I liked that they offered multiple sweet wines and they played movies on the wall near the bar.

This is such a cute spot! The entire shopping area is called The Camp and it's great for adults and kids. Wine Lab has a fun and unique way of serving the tastings and everything we tried was delicious! The service was also really good and attentive. Can't wait to go back!

Very cool atmosphere with friendly service every time we come here. Cool place. They serve the flights in test tubes. Unique experience. A nice place for a casual outing with friends. I like the inside as well. The area inside is small. I recommend coming during the week, however it is not bad on the weekends either. The center gets extremely crowded on the weekdays.

I love the trendy location, especially with the added deck outside, but the prices are very high.  We ordered several flights, some of which we did not like. The bartender offered us some samples before ordering the next round, and charged us for them!

Boyfriend and I have been coming to wine lab for date nights and it's always such a pleasure and exactly what we needed.  The wine flights are nice for experiencing their ever changing choices,  the science beaker presentation is so cute!  And the staff has always been attentive, friendly,  quirky. Great personalities! They also feature projected movies and have a small bites menu but we have yet to order food. Overall, we'll be back! and maybe even take advantage of the wine club in the future.

We arrived at about 7:30 on a Friday and it was crowded but they made sure to find seats for us. We sat at at the counter next to the window and ordered red flights and a cheese plate. It was all amazing! The prices are reasonable. Service was very good. The flights are so cute in the test tubes. Parking is tough so I recommend valet. Wine Lab will validate the valet for you and it's free. We will definitely be returning!
