Customer service was better than i thought. My cashier Ashley was so nice, patient, and helpful. The wings which you know are always on point! No doubt about that. Thank god one is placed here in Savannah.
absolutely disgusting.. cajun corn was dry as ever with not a lick of cajun taste to it.. seems like it was over cooked. wings were over cooked. fries were old and soggy and cold. and the drink was watered down. i ordered through uber eats and i will never order from this restaurant again!
It was not what it is hyped up to be. I got 6 pcs bone in meal lemon pepper and mild sauce my daughter had same order but boneless. Lemon pepper barely had flavor but was greasy. Mild wings absolutely no flavor but greasy. Fries soggy. We both felt like we paid $22 for sprite. Neither of us finished the meal. We both feel The pizza place wings are better than those wings. I’m not a fan of wasting money, so I will not go back to wait a long time, spend my money only to end up eating 1/4 of the food and a piece of candy to get the taste out my mouth. So disappointing

The food is mediocre at best. The restaurant itself, is not well kept or tidy. The customer service is the reason WingStop will never get my business again. The staff was attentive, but the Manager could care less. Over an hour waiting for an order placed online. People were walking in placing orders and getting food faster. I asked the manager what the process for expediting orders was. She said "Oh they are in order" and "She wasn't the one cooking so she didn't know what was going on".. The Manager! Utterly ridiculous! You are better off cooking for yourself at home!
If you love chackun like I do & your expectations are slightly higher than "sub-par disappointment" then you definitely shouldn't stop here for wings... This is a relatively new location which was fully staffed and fairly uncrowded, and we waited 40 minutes for one order of 15 wings. Ordered 2 basic flavors, which I suppose we *technically* received; they were hilariously disproportionate 13 of one flavor, 2 of another and sadly lukewarm. The music was though...so I gave 1 star for that!!
If I could give zero stars I would. My husband told me that he rode by a new Wing Stop here in Savannah so we decided to grab dinner tonight after a long day. We live over 30 mins away so we placed the order online so we could be in and out once we got there. Placed the order at 8:55 pm while we were in route. Confirmation email said our order would be ready in 21-26 mins. Got there around 9:15 pm. Didn't get our food until after 10 pm. Asked for some free drinks for the inconvenience because our sons started complaining that it was taking so long and they were hungry. The place became overcrowded with other people waiting on their orders. I was coughing because of the smoke. The door was propped open and there were people waiting outside as well. The environment was very unprofessional and ghetto, which is why we ordered online for take-out. Finally got home with our food and our order was wrong and did not taste good. My lemon pepper wings were bland with no seasoning. My sons' BBQ wings were plain so I had to toss them in BBQ sauce we had in the fridge. My husband's wings were the right flavor, but none of our wings were "well done" like we requested when placing our order. At this point I want my $45 back. This was by far the WORST Wing Stop we have every been to and we have been to several. The closest one to us is 45 mins away, but we will continue to go to that one because we will NEVER go to the one on Victory Drive again. Very unprofessional. I am very disappointed because I was actually looking forward to going now that we have a location in Savannah. DO NOT go to this location! I would NOT recommend. I will be contacting corporate to request a full refund. TERRIBLE customer service, atmosphere, and food! Update: The general manager called me this morning to get an understanding of what I experienced last night. The manager above him told me that in order to get a refund I needed to bring the food back. She compared the process to Walmart when they are two totally different industries. I told her that I no longer had food that I bought last night at 9:45 the following morning. That's kind of a no brainer. Anyway, she said she could not assist me without the food so I will be contacting corporate. Pathetic to say the least. Smh
The atmosphere of this fine establishment is absolutely astonishing. The staff is soo sweet and welcoming. The service is great and quick. An employee that caught my attention is Toya, she had the most amazing way of making my experience at Wingstop. Incredible. I would definitely recommend eating there.
Wings weren't evenly seasoned, fries were soaked in hot sauce and soggy. Called to complain instead of offering anything the manager asked me what I qould like her to do. I don't work at wing stop but first I'd apologize and offer to make the order again. Maybe a refund. I will not be back
I spent 79 dollars today on a 40 piece wing with sides. Food was dry with no flavor even with sauce. It was not even coated. The best thing was the fries. I was better off eating somewhere else. Will never get my money again.
