Very good sandwiches.  The bread is supper soft.  They are fast and friendly.

If I could give no stars I would. The manager at this company is a liar. My co-workers and I ordered food online and paid for it and then I went to pick up the food. When I got there they stated their systems were down and there was nothing they could do. I told them this is my lunch hour and I couldn't go back with nothing for everyone waiting. They offered to comp our food for the trouble and still made sandwiches for us. Since I didn't know what my co-workers has ordered I was ok with this and I just picked generic subs that I hoped they would eat. Everyone was happy since the food was free until today when we receive an email response back from the company stating they would only comp half of the order. This is NOT what they told me in the store and I confirmed this "3" times. They turned great customer service into a very bad taste in all of our mouths. The company I work for will NOT be ordering from this place again when they say one thing and do another. NOT RIGHT and NO GOOD AT ALL! This is very sad, I use to love this place even if they messed up our orders a few times. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but not this time it has really gone down hill:(

When I initially started using Winona Sandwich Co. to deliver food for my company, they were great.  Then they started forgetting stuff yet not refunding us-- a drink here, a bag of chips there.  And the last time I used them, they flat out did not deliver the big order I placed.  When I called them, the girl who answered said that they did not have my $70 order and was going to leave it at that.  When I told her that I had an email confirmation, it was then that she checked her system and then was like "oh yeap, there you are".   Then told me that for some reason it didn't show in her system.  Really?  Then how the heck did you find it when I told you? They lost my company's business then and there, especially when she told me I would have to wait another 30 mins. for the food to be delivered.

My favorite sandwich place ever! The delivery service isn't very good, but when you go in the shop, it's great.
