The guy that runs the rental counter has possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone else there seems to be rather personable but I would not rent anything From that store until they replace him..... update..... I did speak with the owner.... I have updated the stars from 1 to 3.... not sure I will ever use them again based on my experience however I can report that the owner does take responsibility for the situation.

Very helpful employees. I came in just before they closed looking for some plumbing parts and they found the parts I needed, but I left 15 minutes after they closed and didn't feel rushed to get out.

This store has everything you need from ladders to garden tools.  Even has a clothing section.  Very friendly.  Now my go to hardware store.
