Went pretty much when they opened and an older gentleman greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. Not only did he know what I wanted, but he helped me stuff the large heavy box into my not-so-large car. Everything I needed was in stock and the staff was super helpful and nice. A+ Harbor Freight! Also give your nice employee a bonus--and not a free flashlight :-)

If are going here and you are a female, plan to be pretty much ignored. This seems to be common to all the stores that sell tools. I have learned I have to hunt down someone to ask where things are and then they tend to point me down an aisle where as I've noticed they walk the men down and stand and talk to them as to what they need. But I do love the place. They have great prices and I find things I didn't know I needed.

Gotta know that there are certain things you don't buy here...so do your research. I've had great success checking reviews on their site before making a purchase. So far, the power tools I've purchased (oscillating tool, palm nailer and grinder) have been work horses. Great staff.

Shamanee was extremely rude and refused to let me speak to her supervisor or provide her managers contact information. She tried to refuse to ring my teenager up separately from myself citing "one coupon per day"... i tried to explain we were two people and it is one coupon per person for about 5 minutes straight.

Check out lines are horrible - only 1, maybe 2, are ever open. Prices do not seem as good of a deal as they used to be. Staff are friendly - but it's usually under-staffed. I would compare prices to Lowe's/Home Depot or Tractor Supply prior to making a final purchase here.
