Absolutely love the doctors here! I've been to a few urgent cares in my life and this one by far is the cleanest and most well ran one. I highly recommenced this urgent care to anyone who needs immediate medical attention.

These people are vicious incompetent crooks and quacks. Everytime I call to try and get my billing resolved, they put me into an automated system and nobody EVER picks up. I explained to the person who answered the phone my situation and he transferred me to Francesca who yelled at me and was very rude and condescending. I went in there with a huge/deep cut in my tongue. I was bleeding profusely all over my shirt and they told me to take a seat. I sat there for 40 minutes bleeding and they didn't even offer me a paper towel or anything! I had to beg them for a gauze. They had me filling out mountains of paperwork with my blood dripping all over it. The so-called doctor (Dr. Roy) saw me and told me the only thing I could do was put Ice on it. Then they said they didn't have any ice and that there was a Taco Bell close I could go to get some! The sent me out the door "Still Bleeding", "Untreated", and billed me $359.00! I could have Googled the Ice info for free. The Dr. literally never even touched me. Now they are going to ruin my credit with this insanity. $359.00 to be told "you need to put ice on it" then not even give me ice and send me to Taco Bell. That is criminal. I left the place without any treatment at all. Now they won't take my calls and when they do, they just hang up on me. This place needs to be shut down for medical malpractice. I am reporting them to the California Medical Board.

This one place is terrible.  I asked if the took my insurance and they said yes and still charged me then the doctor wanted to take an X-ray that they charge and said the insurance doesn't cover. I refused and the doctor just gave my pain medicine.  I called my uncle who is a doctor and he told me i wouldn't need an X-ray as it's a muscle problem and an X-ray would not tell them anything. The doctor didn't try to explain what he thought it could be.  The place looks terrible and the staff was not friendly or helpful.I ended up going to another urgent care a few hours later.  VIP urgent care got a good diagnosis with X-ray required or recommended and was prescribed medicine to actually treat the problem.  Do not waste your time come here it's worth waiting for the other place to open.

The front desk staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. The tech was really nice, but I still haven't been reimbursed by my insurance company because the front desk staff couldn't give me a receipt. Even when I went back, the paperwork I eventually received still had no procedure codes. Additionally, all I needed was a travel shot but they made me pay for a check up also. I have since learned that other travel care centers do not do that.
