Story

Established in the early 1930s, Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluefield, West Virginia is located down the road from Lynn’s Drive Inn. The grounds feature beautiful rolling hills and the largest mausoleum in southern West Virginia. Mary Lee Fairbanks, wife of Douglass Fairbanks, is interred here.

Inconsiderate, rude and very unprofessional office staff.  Price gouging at it worst.  Bronze marker and granite slab over $4000.  Purchased same at a local competitor (Everlasting Monument in Princeton) for $1800 installed.  Too bad "0" stars is not available as a rating!

My review was heartfelt & sincere. I truly hope that you do review your policies and employees for the sake of future customers.

The worse cemetery in the area.  Up keep is non existent.  Roads are horrible.  Customer service is null.  Employees are the rudest I have encounter especially in this type of work.  Superintendent Mike Blankenship is a total JERK!  They are very insensitive people to deal with and will not give you any corporate info to contact for complaints.  I suggest if you do not have family already buried there, purchase somewhere else!

My brother's experience was devastating dealing with the evil woman that works there.  She was incompassionate, rude, and deliberately hurtful. If I knew the corporate office number I would report her but unfortunately I've not been successful at locating that infomation.
