While the community is nice we had lots of trouble getting a phine call back about purchasing one of their listed mobile homes. When driving through my only big complaint landscaping wise is the road that travels thru as well it was full of pot holes. The Residents were very friendly and helpful when we asked and lots of them waved at us as we came through

I love living here. Management working very hard to get rid of and keep out riff raff. Garbage not being picked up by trash men is because tenants don't follow directions. Problem is some of the tenants don't like rules being enforced. The park will look like village green if some one doesn't start being in charge. I love management she is doing a wonderful job of keeping the community clean and safe!!

I have lived here a long time. I've seen the ups and downs. But I have to say that management has come in and took care of the issues at hand as well as can be. Its greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work.

The way I see it the bad reviews are from people whose junkie family got throwed out. Living here is a choice don't like it or can not follow directions then move. As far as Nicole posting how rude management was her entire family was banned from the property for stealing and doing drugs out in the open. They made the news and lost their children. So take it with a grain of salt!!!! The ones that pay their bills and obey the rules have no problems!!! I'm thankful that management threw that trash out!!!!
