I love this place! It's like a second home. The owner Dale is friendly, motivating and informative and I have never purchased a training session from him. The gym is clean and all the equipment is well maintained. The people are friendly and helpful. This atmosphere let me put on a lot of muscle while dropping 4 pants sizes and I weigh the same as when I started!!!

One reason I joined here is because it is 24hours and my work schedule is weird. I love that I can go in, do my thing and leave without being disturbed by anyone. Dale the personal trainer is super nice and really wants to help with your goal too.

Not bad, but not great. Machines and weights are kind of beat up and 1 treadmill is out of order.

This gym is always so clean, everyone is so nice, and the owner, Dale, is one of the coolest dudes I've ever met, super kind
