I wish I could give this place a zero. Staff isn't friendly or accommodating. The place isn't the cleanest. The have tanning beds which is one of the main reasons why I signed a ridiculous contract with this gym but you can't even enjoy the tan because the room is FREEZING and I understand that you want it to be a little cooler in a tanning room but this was unbearable! And when that or any issue is brought up that staff they say "nothing we can do about it." I've been trying to cancel my membership here since November and I have to write a letter. I've written several letters to cooperate and they claim they haven't received them and they require that you send it certified. So I have to pay to cancel my membership? Ridiculous. The girl I talked to at corporate was so incredibly rude too. Don't waste your time or money here. There are so many better options other than this place.

So great to go in whenever you want due to what else is happening in your life.  It's always very clean and well kept.  The place is great.

Very affordable gym membership. Although the location is smaller than the Mundelein one, it has all the essentials to getting fit and ready that summer body. A tip for college students, freeze your account a month in advance so that you aren't charged that following month. Overall, satisfied with the service!

This gym is perfect because it's never busy and I get 24/7 access.  By 10 o'clock at night I basically have the entire gym to myself.  I used to be a member at la fitness and have to deal with a crowed gym even at night.  Ever since joining workout anytime I'm able to get better workouts.  They have all the same equipment as la fitness but it's newer and not as packed.  I just wish they played the nuance louder but I guesss that's what headphones are for.
