I have some back issues, and thus, am cautious about exercising for fear of injury. Taking private Pilates with Laura is proving to be the best thing I have ever done for myself. She guides me carefully through each movement so that I do not risk injury. I have "homework" exercises to do every day. Laura's genuine praise and gentle corrections have given me confidence; I am feeling much stronger. All of the trainers at Yin Yang are certified in various modalities. Give yourself a some love, and contact Yin Yang today!  I am so happy that I did.

I love this this studio! My mom has been a member for years, I live out of state and it is a treat to go with her when I'm in town. Laura is a wonderful and inspirational instructor and has a hired an awesome staff. I look forward to feeling welcome every time I'm home! ☆☆☆☆☆

Yin Yang Pilates and Yoga is a wonderful studio to practice yoga and pilates.  I really appreciated the dedication the instructors have to making sure the moves and positions are executed properly and safely.  I highly recommend visiting the studio and taking classes to improve your overall health.

I recently had the opportunity to participate in a couple introductory yoga and pilates classes with Laura Cappelletti and her team at Ying Yang Pilates & Yoga. What a lovely environment they have created. The instructors are all extremely knowledgeable, passionate and highly accredited. My experience was very enjoyable and my limitations and injuries were carefully considered when they helped me through the classes. I left feeling like I had a nice workout without feeling strained or sore. Whether you are a beginner or experienced yoga or pilates participant Ying Yang is a great place to take classes. I also love their compassion and the way they give back in the community and abroad to help make the world a better place. They can also help you overcome injuries as well. Highly recommended!
