Genesis Performance & Fitness Center is a 6000 sq. ft. private Personal Training Studio offering motivational group and one on one training sessions, healthy and effective solutions to weight and fat loss, dietary and nutritional assistance, building strength, flexibility and more. We work with every individual to provide the kind of programs that are right for you and meet your specific goals. Regardless of age, gender, fitness level or ability, we will assist you in feeling better and living the healthy lifestyle you deserve!

From the first day meeting Brian and talking about options to attending classes the staff and facility are top notch.  The small class sizes are great as they make sure you are doing the exercises properly and within your capabilities.  I appreciate how they find alternative methods of the exercise to meet you skill level.  

I like how no one judges you based on your fitness level.  We are all there for same goal.

At first I was very intimidated to try it out. I looked at the website countless times and almost signed up for challenges each time they were offered, but I always came up with an excuse not to do it. Finally I stopped thinking about it and did it. I am so glad I finally signed up for a challenge and then became a full fledged member after the challenge was over. 

I love the variety of the classes, and all the trainers are stellar. They are always right there with encouragement, adjustments and modifications to make the exercise easier or harder. 

I wish I had signed up sooner!

Just finished the weight loss challenge here at Genesis. Although I didn't win I thought that the workouts were very challenging and the staff more than accommodating. I was greeted by a friendly face and a warm hello as soon as I entered the gym. Brian the owner has to be one of the most friendly persons I have ever met, and encourages you to push yourself. The facility is great, friendly people, and classes that are challenging. I have since renewed my membership and will stay with this gym.

The best gym in town!!! The trainers are great and really care about your success and help you every step of the way to meet your goals. Give it a try...you won't be disappointed!!

Genesis has the most wonderful trainers and atmosphere! When I first walked in the gym, I felt accepted and not judged. The trainers are warm and kind, and yet firmly encourage me to do more each week.  They know and remember me from week to week and remember my physical concerns.  They are all knowledgeable and passionate about fitness. Small group classes are scheduled every half hour, but I can go in anytime and workout.  Or I can schedule an appointment for one on one personal training.  Or a massage ;)
