What a great place. Saw reviews saying it was an older place and had a lot of noise. We had a 2 bedroom unit. It was modern and had all the comforts of home including a fireplace. What a nice touch. It was cold the week we were there. Although there was outside noise it wasn't unbearable. 2 pools and a hot tub. They also have daily activities. Fun place and close to everything

We got a remodeled room, which is nice. Good amount of space. Loved the kitchen convenience, good location (about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach). Pools and hot tub were a favorite with the kids, and they are in great condition. There are also basketball courts, which look like new condition. Not the highest quality, but pretty good compared to a three or four star hotel. (the paint was peeling off the newly painted cabinets, there was an ant infestation in our room, which they came and sprayed for once we notified them.)

This place was designed really well for families on vacation but unfortunately you have to live in fear of being accosted by salespeople trying to strong arm you into buying into a timeshare. If you need to park onsite (which is true of 99.9% of all guests) they make you get a parking pass from the "concierge" which is really just a bait and switch for someone who has been trained in high pressure sales tactics. So just be aware of that going in - the concierge isn't there to be your friend like other hotels. Other than that the rooms are pretty nice and come with a kitchen, dishes, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and plenty of space. We did see quite a few ants in our room and there was a fair amount of noise coming from the pool because they don't make people be quiet until 10pm. You also have to pay extra for room service if you need it more than every 8 days so we were pretty much living in our own filth by the end of the week since we had no cleaning equipment and 4 kids eating chips and crackers, etc.

It's perfect for the family! Friendly and attentive staff. The kids loved hanging out in the game room when they weren't at the pool. Even the teenager had no complaints ;) Food. Game. Sleep. Repeat. Very spacious rooms and beds.

Most things fine to very good. Room nice and large. Playground and pool area nice. But no shower curtain. DVD player didn't play. Both issues resolved quickly.
