I just went for a little to be with a friend who was waiting for her boyfriend and it was pleasant. The rooms look newly remodeled which is amazing, but automatic lights are super annoying. The bathroom was really pretty. And the bed was pretty comfy... Or maybe I was just really tired

We booked here to be close to military base. Rooms were not ready when we got here to check-in at 3:00 pm. Once we did check in, we were not impressed. Holes in walls. Two towels, one was rag only, hair on floor and mascara stains on bedding. Finally no hair dryer. Asked and asked for three days for a hair dryer, bought our own towels at Target and wash rags and cleaned our own room because housekeeping was hit and miss. Bottom line, it is as cheap as anywhere else to go but sure there is much better customer service and maintenance elsewhere. Shoot, they didn't even replenish coffee in rooms daily. Just a train wreck. They seem to spend all of their time warding off the homeless that seem to like to stay on and around the property. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Was not as nice as the pictures portrayed. They were accommodating when I asked to switch rooms. I wouldn't think twice if I had paid $50 or $60 but I paid over a hundred and did not consider it that quality. Can tell that they are trying to upgrade it but it's not to the price yet. The pool was very dirty and had no maintenance to it or the furniture surrounding it at all. My daughter got filthy dirty from trying to sit at the table.

Stained linens and towels, missing towel rack, non--working phone, rude housekeeping, and broken/missing security bolt on the door made this an unpleasant experience from the beginning. As I waited in line to check out, I witnessed the staff (possibly a manager or the head of housekeeping) accuse a guest of smoking in the room. The guest politely but firmly stated she doesn't smoke. After a few minutes, the guest left. When it was my turn, I was not offered a refund of my deposit and had to ask for it. I was told housekeeping would check the room later and I would see the money on my card in 1 - 10 days. I have pictures of the stained towels, broken rack, and all other issues that I mentioned. I used my own sheet, blankets, towels, and washcloth. If I do not receive my deposit or if invalid accusations are forthcoming from this establishment, I will call their corporate office and notify the Better Business Bureau. Oh, and after running an errand early one morning I came back to my room to find my personal towels and a shirt on the floor. They were hanging up when I left the room.

Don't know where to start. When we got there a lady was filming the front desk lady who was on the phone with the cops because she waa getting threatened. Our neighbors were smoking pot all night. And there was no warm good left just cereal at 8am
