Their sales and customer service departments have no problem lying to you.  I placed an order for a professional $1500 lens on a Wednesday providing that I would receive it on the following Friday as I needed it for an international trip.  The salesperson John assured me it would be there.  They had no problem taking my $$.  Never got a tracking #.  Then I called on Monday and the CSR assured me it would be there by Friday.  The Customer Service people don't pick up the phones... I would wait between 15-30 minutes each time!  Still, no tracking number.  Then I called again Tuesday and was AGAIN assured that it would be there by the next CSR. Still, no Tracking #.  On Wednesday I called again to be assured by 2 CSR agents I spoke with that it WOULD BE THERE!  No tracking #.  I called Thursday (since Friday was the NEXT day and I still had no tracking number). First I waited 13 minutes to have Customer Service finally pick up the phone - I told her my order # and she hung up on me!  I called again and after 38 minutes of waiting, they disconnected me.  Then I called a third time, this time to the billing department.  Joseph picked up and told me he would run down to the warehouse and check and call me back.  At least he did what he said he would do, but he came back to inform me that they DID NOT HAVE IT IN STOCK!!!  I now had ONE day left to get my lens so I cancelled my order, went to Cameta.com and bought the same lens for less money but I had to fork out $55 for next day shipping to CA.  I lost HOURS of time dealing with Fumfie and they obviously do not care about their customers.  If I did not have the extra $$ in the bank I would have really been screwed since it takes several days for them to return the money they took.  Broken promises and lies from their sales and customer service department is not how to run a business.  I will NEVER call them again.  Use ANYONE else.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.  Purchased a $1750 camera, paid for overnight shipping. Camera didn't show up.  Emailed the company, they didn't reply to the email.  Called the company and asked where my camera was, was placed on indefinite hold for 30 minutes.  Finally hung up and called back, this time acting like I was interested in buying a camera. Lo and behold someone was immediately available. Then asked them where my camera was, and was told "I think the finance dept was trying to get ahold of you yesterday..." Umm, no they weren't, I paid for it on my Visa and no one called me from your company yesterday.  Got transferred around, finally told camera was going to ship out that day.  Still no camera, now cancelling order. Will do chargeback on credit card if needed to get money back.

This company is trying to scam me and it’s sad because I’ve ordered from them on two other occasions and didn’t have a problem but now they are trying to charge me for a lens that I was told after they charged my card they didn’t have . I never received email confirmation or tracking information had called twice about the refund and both times I was told that it took 24 to 48 hours  I never did receive it I have sense filled a complaint with my Credit Card Company. What a joke

If you dont buy from these guys you are making a mistake, simple as that. Im 72 years old, retired civil service from US army. Prior to that i was factory rep for Honda motorcycle company for 57 dealers. From my past experience with many types of personalities, and with my sometimes knowledge of cameras, let me say that these guys are the best. They care about customers, they want repeat business, they are knowledgeable and are experts. In my case, I dealt with John, he carefully took the time to help me with details i didnt understand about some cameras and directed me fully along the way. My selection was a Nikon B700, and since ive had many Nikons since the film days,,several Canons, Mirandas, Leicas, Olympus' and others,,,i think this choice fits my needs best. After the purchase, if you have any question at all, call them back, they will be most happy to solve any problem. Ill be recommending them to all my friends and will continue to be a dedicated customer!!! Thanks  lots guys,,,,bill in alabama
