Bought a camera online from them, it arrived quickly and as promised.  I was quite impressed and surprised by their service too!  My initial order did not go through (CC company flagged it), and the next morning I got a phone call from their order dept asking if they could run it again.  I said yes and everything was processed perfectly.  Great alternative to other box stores!

I bought a camera from Beach Camera through Amazon, but my package arrived with a few missing accessories. I sent them a message and they put in an order for the missing items to be sent to me almost immediately. But I was doing more research on cameras and looking around for deals prior to the arrival of my package and decided to buy a different camera. I ended up telling Beach Camera that they could cancel the shipment for the missing accessories and that I wanted to send the camera back. The apologized for the inconvenience of the missing accessories and emailed me a return label. We both screwed up in this situation-- I should have done more research before making the purchase, and they should have doubled checked the contents of the order before sending it out to me. In the end, Beach Camera was very understanding and handled everything really well. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them!

I cannot say enough good things about Beach Camera. The customer service is top notch! I had an issue that needed to be resolved, and I was able to speak to representatives in person, and they were patient, kind, and helpful at every opportunity. I received my camera as promised and everything was intact. Excellent bundle prices and good quality. I could not be happier with my experience at Beach Camera. I will be using them and recommending them to my friends!

What a quick and smooth experience. Placed my order, even received a phone call the next day to see if I had any additional questions or needs. My order has already shipped with tracking. Will receive it when promised, can't wait. Will let you know about the product when it arrives. Best price of anyone!
