Very Clean place, love how the staff at the front desk was able to lead us to the right room where our meeting was taking place we have notice how each staff was very customer service friendly. They had a place to eat as well also the lemon water very cool and refreshing. I will tell a lot if my business partners to come to this location to have meetings and more. Parking no issue at all

If you are looking for a clean, safe environment. Do NOT stay at this hotel. It's a dump! Do not be deceived as it is not part of the Wyndham chain. This hotel needs an extreme make-over.  The carpet is filthy, the tub was dirty, the breakfast buffet looked like it was yesterday's leftovers, the parking lot needs better lightening, signage was left hanging on the handrail of the elevator.  1 star because the staff was friendly.

Horrible customer service, front desk clerk not friendly never smiled. She was rude to her employees as well. The quality of the room was great (other than TV had zero channels due to a surge). The front desk clerk charged me twice for my room and when confronted she never took accountability for her actions nor apologized. She was rude the whole time as if I was lying about being charged. Wyndham hotels cater to their customers and I know they do everything to ensure good quality stay and service, but for this one they may need to do a routine check on their employees and ensure they are doing their jobs accordingly and to a high expectations of their customers. Front desk clerk said the accounting office won’t be in until Monday so I can’t get a refund. I feel like they didn’t wait on their payment from me so why should I wait for my money. I was a bit suspicious because when she ran my card the first time it printed a receipt she had me sign it then came back and said it didn’t go through and reran and had me sign the second receipt and she took the first one crumpled it up and threw it away. So I checked my account and sure enough she charged me twice. The room we were in the TV was out, when I called about it the maintenance guy came and said they knew these rooms didn’t have TV service. That’s horrible at least tell the customers or give a discount for not getting full quality. But overall clean room and comfy beds. But that credit goes to housekeeping whom the front desk clerk was being rude too.

Stayed here last month and again this month. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt of just having a bad weekend last month but not the case. Last month we did not have towels in our room. I could not call because we had no phone in room. Went to front desk waited 20 min for someone to ask what I needed. Was told housekeeping would bring in a few minutes. Two hours later they knocked on door with a rag in hand. 
This trip we have phone in room but it does not work. No toilet tissue having to use the Kleenex and no shampoo and conditioner left for second day. Needless to say I will NOT choose this hotel again.

Not worth the price. Beds uncomfortable,heater didn't work,light behind reading chair didn't work. Refrigerator door couldn't be opened without lifting up on unit. It was getting jammed on floor. Breakfast buffet for $9.00 not worth it. No toast, bagels, muffins. Only fruit was chopped up and mix3d together.  Staff didn't keep up with putting food out. Some people were coming in,eating without paying. Will not stay here again!
