My recent experience at Wysup was absolutely ideal. Car shopping can often times be stressful, I think that is why over the past year I had been putting it off (also considering this was the first time doing it alone). I had an idea of what kind of car I needed, and a budget in my head before hand. At Wysup, I spent my day with Jennifer. She made the whole experience EXTREMELY easy. We did a test drive of the car I was interested in. There was a couple of them on the lot, so she ran numbers and found the best car that fit my budget and needs. It was a very easy process, and I ended up with a brand new car. After the purchase was complete, we went out to the car and she showed me all of its capabilities. She was extremely knowledgeable on all the features the car had, and showed me all the cool things it does. Jennifer was able to answer all my questions before I left, and let me know I could get in contact at anytime if I had any questions come up. I felt well taken care of during this whole process, and know I am moving forward as well. I definitely recommend Jennifer at Wysup if you're thinking about car shopping. :D

If you are looking to get a great deal on a new car and your in Pullman! Definitely check out Wysup first the staff is amazing and straight to the point with what needs to be done. Me and my wife were helped by Jennifer we told her our budget and although it was pretty tight she found the perfect car for us. Also, Jennifer helped us get a extra 3 year warranty without even going over our budget!! Wysup is an amazing dealership and will no doubt help you find exactly what your looking for!

Over the last 20 years, we’ve proudly adopted Wysup as our dealership and service center. They are extremely honest. We’ve returned to purchase 6 vehicles because of their small town family atmosphere, 5 star service, and the addicting smell of new vehicles. I have personally dealt with Jay, Jennifer, Bryan, and Taylor recently. All are sewn from the same cloth. Michael, he’ll be the one running around making personal connections with everyone and finds no task unworthy of his attention. You’ll find his personal touch on everything. Wysup is a highly recommended dealership if you’re NOT looking for pressure to purchase. Wysup is a highly recommended service center if you’re NOT looking at walking out the door with a sick feeling in your stomach, ‘wondering’ if the service your vehicle received was actually ‘necessary’.

I wish I could give more stars. My experience in buying a car from Wysup was amazing. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jennifer Hawk and she did a wonderful job of helping me pick out exactly what I wanted and explained everything all the way down to finances. She kept me updated as to when my car would arrive and made the purchasing of my new car go flawlessly. I would recommend buying from Wysup any day.

My family and I have been in Pullman for over 25 years now. What was Neill Motors now Wysup, is still a great family run and owned business. In those years we have purchased 5 cars and plan to purchase more in the future. Michael and his staff and kind and helpful. Bryan is the best service manager as well. Always great to talk with him on the phone when it comes to my truck's service and maintenance. I would recommend Wysup to all for your Fiat-Chrysler needs.
