Many of these reviews that have posted are fake if you read them. These people are the worst scum. The worst sucking scum on this earth. Do not buy a car here. Many reviews here appear to be fake. I hope this review is helpful. I bought a 2011 BMW 550i in September 2016. After speaking with the sales staff and being promised it is mechanically sound I made the 3.5 hour drive from Seattle. Before purchasing it, which most people would not do, I luckily had the sense to have them put it on the rack so I could inspect the engine and undercarriage. There was a major oil leak, the oils pressure sensor had malfunctioned. West Coast said they said they would fix and deliver the car. The car was delivered 2 weeks late still leaking oil. It has been less than 2 months of owning the car and the oil is still leaking as well as the coolant system. I called west coast to see what they had to say.  They told me I should have gotten a warranty and did not offer to help considering I am in Seattle. These people will not even stand by you after two months of selling you a car with a ton of hidden problems. They make promises that mean nothing. Do not trust them, especially the sales manager. 

Take your business elsewhere, the pricing is not that great either. Very crooked and unethical people.

We presented to the Dealership walked in and met Kevin who was waiting. He greeted us and asked us what brought us in today. We told him to buy a truck. We had the truck picked out walked out to it and took it for a test drive. Right then my husband was in Love and when we got back we said lets do it. Filled out all the paperwork and ran the deal. We were approved and congratulated by Mike and Brian. Smooth process from start to finish. We will definitely be back to do more business and refer our friends and family.

Nero, Mike and Victor got us into a car we didn’t think we’d be able to get into. It didn’t feel like we were in a car dealership. Smooth, friendly and quick process. We’re definitely coming back when it’s time to upgrade our other vehicle. Great place, great management, great financial and great salesmen. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy certified used.

Second time buying from West Coast. Awesome place, Great employees very kind and helpful. Fast service! We got everything explained efficiently. Our cars run great never had any problems with them
