Made buying a truck very painless. Michael was great, as well as the financing crew. I did have an issue with Jeff in service though. I lift every truck I buy and put new tires and wheels on it. The entire 20 minute interaction with him was extremely negative and he treated Michael like he wasn't as smart or as good as him. I think Michael asked him 2 questions, and he responded with something condescending and demeaning. Being female, he didn't give me the time of day. He took off to talk to whoever did the financing on my truck to see if the installation could be added in. That was last Monday, I never saw or heard from him again. So we decided to go with Les Schwab for the tires, wheels and lift.
