My husband finally got his Honda S2K!! He hasn't stopped smiling! A huge thank you to Miguel in sales and Bruce in finance...both of whom maintained awesome communication with us, understood our budget, tolerated our hyper children while paperwork was being signed, and worked with our time frame/schedule. My husband really appreciated that Miguel called him right back and didn't yap at him during the test drive!

Archibald's washed the car, filled it with gas before we drove it home, and it was extremely clean!! Staff were all VERY knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and respectful. NO deception or hidden agenda. Everyone there was smiling.

We are satisfied with our purchase and would definitely travel from our home in Spokane to buy again from them!!

I have been looking at cars for forever and found one locally that I was interested in. Didn't know much about Archibald's before we went in to test drive the car.  I am impressed with everything the company did for us.  You definitely do not feel pressured while looking at the cars, which was so nice. Didn't have a salesman following us around and telling us to buy things we didn't want.  We came back after test driving the car and the buying process was smooth and easy.  They were honest about rates and deals. We worked with the finance guy and a loan guy.  Archibald's also has a really flexible "build your own" warranty. We really like that we could pick and choose what was included in our warranty. The credit company froze my score after running the initial check, so the loan guy sent us through a different loan with a different company and we had NO other issues. They took care of literally EVERYTHING.

Johnny and Bruce made the process of buying a truck outstanding. They are friendly and knowledgeable of their products. And best of all not the typical “car salesmen”. They listened to me and did not pressure me to buy. I bought my first truck with them 15 years ago and I automatically went back to them today. They are a great local business working to provide you with an awesome car buying experience.

Danny was great, not a salesman a person helping another person make a choice. Miguel is also of the same cloth, as is Bruce in finance.  My experience was amazing, this is a business with integrity and honor. They are apart from the others. Thank you all for helping me achieve my goal and getting me into a great new to me vehicle.  It is nice to actually say I found a dealership I can trust.

We recently had to replace a totaled vehicle on short notice and scoured the web from many sources for just the right replacement. Archibald's, Inc had just what I was looking for, and at a price and milage count lower than what I could find elsewhere. After submitting a request for more information online I got a call from Miguel right away. Because the dealership is 4 hours away, Miguel did a video tour and test drive of the car for me over the phone. Deciding it was worth the trip, We went out there and bought the car. Miguel even offered to have somebody their before their regular hours if needed. Selecting the financing and completing the buying process was painless and professional thanks to the business manager Bruce. The car made the long trip home without issue, so far so good. We are very pleased.  Having purchased two other vehicles elsewhere I can say this was a better experience. I'll update this review if there are any developments. Miguel even called me today to say that the previous owner of the car had dropped off another key fob and that he would be mailing it the next day. Terrific service.
