We went in a little before closing, opening several new lines. There was a computer error and the associate, Dion, worked until well after 9:30 trying to get it resolved. He called every contact he had and restarted the transaction multiple times. He was very apologetic when it was determined that it couldn't be resolved at he time. He scheduled and appointment for my husband to come back and complete the transaction the next day. I didn't experience a single rude employee while I was in the store.

I understand a business being busy but every time I have called the this Sprint location, they have never answered the phone when I pushed the option to speak to someone. And it doesn't matter what time of day I've called, they have not answered. And I'm talking about over a 3 year time frame.
