I have to write this for a particularly great experience my husband and I had the other night. We went to add a line to our account and we ended up with an employee named Chase. Now, there are two Chases there. He goes by Chase #2. He was extremely honest and helpful. He was aimed at helping us as a customer and not viewing us as a $ sign. Whether he made the sale or not he was professional and honest. My husband and I will always come see him first for anything else we need from the company. I really hope he gets promoted or reaches whatever goals he has for his life. The company in general needs leaders like him. With his respect, honesty and knowledge he has earned my family as loyal customers.

We spent a few hours with Katie Stewart yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. She was knowledgeable and sweet. We were able to figure out the best plan for our family and she was able to get us the best pricing that would suit our needs! Thank you so much Katie! Amy

Kelvin helped us out and took the time to draw out prices and tell us about each plan in detail! Best experience we've had with the place! The rest of the people we've dealt with were too busy trying to push plans and Direct TV to actually listen to what I needed! Will definitely come by appointment next time and request Kelvin!

I went in about a I phone unlock that I had unlocked in March. I was forced to deal with Michael Brown, a very aggressive and obviously angry person that was pissed that he had been stopped by one of his associates on his way out to lunch. As he explained to her before she pawned him off on me "I'm on my way to lunch". I explained my situation and he became more and more irritated as he thought he was going to scare me with his aggressive stance. He again said it wasn't his problem, when I explained it was his problem and how he was wrong he became aggressive and physically got in my face. I had to ask him to step away and asked for a manager. Amanda Rutherford then came to Michaels defense and argued that he was not aggressive and that I was wrong. I immediately asked for her manager and was greeted with and even more rude person named Sarah Poole who then told me it was my interpretation and not her employees. I recorded the whole conversation and will be uploading my experience online if the issue is not remedied. This is the worst company with the worst customer service. Take a lesson from West Marine and learn how to run a company and customer service.
