Horrible.  I wanted a cool vibrant red for my hair color and chunky highlights only to have brown hair with copper highlights all over.  My hair cut just needing a bit of fixing, I came back only to have in instructor thin my hair out and create layers which I had been trying to grow out for months.... I have spent 3 days crying over my hair... it is so DARK and UGLY!  They said to come back to have the color redone, but it is too fragile now.  The process took over 6 hours... I missed two very important appointments that day... I even had scheduled to have this done in 4 hours.  I hate my hair so much and I can't stop crying... I hate that the instructor made those stupid layers now that will take me a year to grow out again.  The color is hideous and makes me look old.  I left there so nervous after not having had food or a break from this whole horrific experience.  The angle of my cut is too severe.  I had to come home and cut off pieces that had been missed.... all I wanted was the instructor to snip off some on the side... not make layers.... now my ears stick out through my hair and it is so thin as it is, this only made it worse.  I can't stop crying about how horrible I look.  I wanted a cool red with blond highlights, not muddy brown with all over copper highlights... I HATE IT!

I have always have had a good experience here courteous staff and students doing their best. I always make sure they understand what I want and tell them to ask questions if they're not clear. Been a happy customer for over 15 years!

Have called two times in past 2days!! My hair looks like I got it done 4 weeks ago instead of 1 week.  Lowlight is red not my natural color looks like beginner did it,  but instructors pared it!! Really quite pissed off👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 What good does calling do you never call back!!

I had a mani pedi combo and the price was great; however, it was not exactly what I expected.  When I get a pedi it's because I need the calluses on my feet softened and smoothed out as well as my toenails cleaned. This pedi did not include any of this. As for the mani, they did not soften/push back my cuticles before polish was applied and the polish was caked on so thick that even 2 hours later it still wasn't dry. I ended up taking it off when I got home. The mani was basically a polish change. I was really bummed because I was there for 2 hours and spent $40 and I still need a mani pedi.
