Dont sign up here unless you intend to have that membership for the rest of your life. Cancelling a membership here is impossible. Good luck if any aspect of your life should change in the future and require you to cancel your membership. They do not care. They will protest your attempt to cancel payments and fight with your credit card company insisting that charges are valid. I’ve sent letters to corporate and done everything in my power to cancel. No luck yet after a year of trouble. Never been more sickened by a company in my life.

What a nightmare to deal with. Signing up, the employees, putting membership on hold, cancellation. Everything is just a bad experience and they charge you at every turn. And they liked multiple times in the process.

Do not sign up nothing but problems be careful please go somewhere else it has nothing to do with money scammers unless you are going to read all the lines in the contract do not go here

This club is just filthy! I hardly ever see members clean the equipment they just used, instead they leave it all covered in their sweat! Don’t bother airing your grievances to the staff either. They’re like a revolving door with their high turnover. Also, there seems to be a high amount of theft occurring in the locker rooms, so definitely leave your valuables at home or on your person. Don’t know about you all, but I for one will not be renewing my membership here.

Worst staff, unclean locker rooms, old and dirty equipment. Beware taking out a membership. There are multiple clauses and loopholes making it impossible to cancel without paying for another month (must MAIL a letter outlineing your reasons for cancellation, you'll need to certify mail it since it will likely "get lost in the mail" unless you have proof it arrived). Good luck calling customer service without waiting at least 30mins, apparently there is only a few people handling calls. Pro tip: call exactly at 8am CT to save yourself a couple minutes.
