I stayed here in October and I itch to go back. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. The view of the marina is exquisite and I loved being able to walk into the center of Kennebunkport to visit the many amazing restaurants and shops. When we first checked in we were in the older rooms and our neighbor was smoking (a big no-no) and they changed our rooms with no issues. You wouldn't think a drive-up motel type of establishment would be as beautifully and comfortably decorated as it was. And I loved the covered porch - even though it's open it's completely private from your neighbors. I cannot rave enough about my stay here.

A tired, old, worn out motel on a beautiful piece of real estate. Time for a total rebuild. The potential is enormous. The possibilities are so there!

Excellent, nice people. Clean and comfortable right on the water. Great views and an easy walk to shops and restaurants.

Rooms are very quaint. Thee staff is very helpful and friend. Free use of bikes is an added bonus

Rooms are clean and have nice marina views. Pet friendly is the main selling point for me, but you can't tell that pets have previously been in the rooms. Patio access is extremely convenient for taking your dog outside. Wifi access is only available in common areas which was a minor disappointment. I have stayed here twice and definitely plan on coming back.
