I’ve had great experiences. My daughter & I love this shop. She doesn’t braid to tight & I like her work.

I don't recommend this place. Their prices are high. If I am being charged high, I expect great customer service, a clean-modern salon and ultimately complete satisfaction with the product. None of this is what I recieved. There are other braiders in the area.

I got there at 11am the other day... I was the only customer, one lady wanted to help... the other two slept on the couch and talked on the phone instead of helping get my hair done. One woman walked over and touched my hair claiming it was too thick and she didn't want to do it. Will not be recommending this place to anyone. They never even spoke to me once the owner left. I ended up leaving at 9 pm. I have never been to a shop where more than one person didn't help with hair... so that was disappointing and I believe they thought I was younger than I am, because the older women I know that recommended me did not have to put up with this....

Yama is great! She listens to how you want your hair done and makes sure it is not to tight.

I am shocked at the pricing but really shouldn't be since they are pretty much one of the only shops in Hiram.i was quoted $80 for a style in the city of Atlanta and this shop quoted me $190. When asked why so high she became defensive. May God bless this business and work on their customer service skills cause they SUCK!
