I shop here often.  A large and fresh variety of organic as well as conventional vegetables and fruits.  Excellent prepared food, fresh sushi, wines both organic and traditional.

I love this grocery store. Their soups are always fresh and delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. And you can refill water containers for 39 cents a gallon. I also love the in house freshly made sushi and wine collection.

This location is the second or third largest in NW and have a vast selection . All Yes locations have their specialty but this location out of all locations has the best guac and the best soups. Last year, I found an independent juice company out of Baltimore and asked Nathan to order them and we had it in less than 10 days- same with almond cheese products. The wine specialists are super knowledgable and always point me to the right bottle. Produce is always vibrant and crispy (Cleveland Park locations has more sales and they really do deserve a review of their own💟). I feel that that the vegan sandwiches should be on sale more so that they can go quicker since there is tomato slices in the wrapped packages (outsourced). I feel that there should be even more local products for example Cleveland Park just debued"Kalorama Cafe" tahini dressing that is delicious. Best thing about the location is their selection, cleanliness and how welcoming and patient the staff is- everyone is always laughing and eager to help. Oh! also they also have the entire collection of Herb Pharm medicinal tonics atleast $1 cheaper than buying online. Union Row has neeeeevvvverrr left me hanging w any self-care products- that goes for all locations. Union Row is my pharmacy, my hang out spot and my grocery store. I love this place.
