I've only ever been here once but my experience was a good one. It is quiet, despite being next to a main road. It's easy on your wallet, and is run by good people.

Roaches in the room. Ask for a 1 bed while nobody was there and said they only had 2 beds open. Smelt horrible. Sanitation people need to go and shut that place down. Found socks under the chair. They obviously do not clean.

I have stayed in several different cheap motels over the years. Vast majority are crappy, dirty, run down, have trashy people that yell constantly and smell like smoke even in the "non-smoking room". I was very pleased that the Yorktown Motor Lodge was not like that. Though it was cheap, it was clean, quite actually smelled nice and had very friendly staff. I am a young female and was traveling alone, i felt safe the entire time I was there. If you are looking to travel on a budget, i would for sure go here!

This place is very quiet, the staff is wonderful, and the rooms are clean.
