WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! The woman in the front desk, who refused to give any identification, decided to throw us out after reporting 5 times that the heater was not working. We arrived with my husband and my 1 year old son around 9pm. Right away we noticed the heater unit was not working, room temperature was freezing cold. Outside temperature was 43F, March 3rd, they said they were switching shifts at that moment and asked us to call back in 15 minutes. We called back after 24 minutes and they told us they still switching shifts to keep waiting. I couldn’t believe they make us wait so long in such temperature, we were not able to sleep due to the cold temperature. We waited almost for 2 hours and we called again to seriously complaint that it is unbelievable that they haven’t done anything since we did the initial report and the front desk woman said that I shouldn’t be complaining since I wasn’t registered, that only my husband was registered when we did the reservation, that I shouldn’t be there. When we asked her to give us another room, correct the reservation , charge more or anything to fix the situation, by now it was midnight already, she said we were welcome to leave and that there were no other room available, which was a lie, most of the rooms were empty and that was showing online too. We were so shocked by the way this woman handled this situation, we always stay in Motel 6 since we travel a lot around the states, never had encountered staff like this. She told us to leave, first she said we were welcomed to leave and get our money back but in less than 10 minutes while we packed she changed her mind and refused to give us our money back because according to her we used the room already, since 9pm until midnight waiting for them to tell us what to do, fix the heater or to accommodate us in another room. A winter night with my 1 year old son and husband, 43 degrees outside we were kicked out without option to our money back. We video recorded everything that has been narrated here and surely will take this further because no family, no one single person should be treated and put on through so much by one staff member. No manager name was provided either!

Customer service were friendly and polite.  The room was clean and spacious. I am enjoying my stay and I will be back next month. The location is near shopping center and I like that!

It's the the best of best hotels i have been to,motel 6 is clean smells great and giving you home as you walked in,the house keeping is amazing. I have staid here for a month and my favorite house keeper is kandi she is amazing.The staff at the front desk is amazing. Motel 6 on military highway will always be my first choice to go to. Thank you so much ,I can't wait to come back

The night cashier was rude when I asked for a non handicapped room. She repeatedly told me that I couldn't use my e cigarette. To which I told her I understood her the first time. She then replied...can I do my job? I told her that she could if she just gives me a key to another room. She was rude and made me feel like she didn't care. I reported it to the morning staff and haven't heard anything back. If she doesn't like her job she should work somewhere else. I've stayed in that same hotel 15+ times last year. I shouldn't ever be treated like that. Also the water pressure in the sink was weak at best, and the tub was backed up when I took a shower.

For what I expected it was everything I needed it to be. Cheap and clean, basic but not bad. Overall I was very happy with my stay.
