Best products/ Worst way to treat staff. A few Managers are Saints. Rebeccca, Becca, and Angie. The others including Human Resources are deplorable. People leaving left and right CONSTANTLY. The acquisition for this company must be a nightmare. I have witnesses Staff and myself talked down to in the most unprofessional, undermining, belittling manor I have come across in many years in the work field. The company should be ASHAMED.

I LOVE Younkers!! I only buy my clothes here. I love the coupons, door busters, and all the great and wonderful people that work there! I am a platinum card holder from them and I love getting my black $20 coupons in the mail! Love Love Love this company! I won't go anywhere else!

The worst customer service ever! I made a return for a Christmas gift and received a merchandise credit. I walked around the store to find something else to purchase with the credit and settled on some perfume. After finding a fragrance I liked, I asked to purchase it. I was told that the fragrance wasn't actually carried in the store, it had to be ordered. I knew that Macy's actually carried the perfume in store and I could have purchased it there but I needed to use my merchandise credit and couldn't find anything else I wanted. So, I went online to find the perfume and was able to order it. Not less than 10 minutes after I placed my order, the order was cancelled by Younkers with no explanation. My merchandise credit was not returned to my card. I called customer service and waited for 10 minutes just to be cut off by their system. I called again and had another 10 minute wait. I was told that I would be receiving a "virtual gift card" by email later on that day which actually took more than 24 hrs. The availability of the credit should have been as quick as the cancelling of my order.

A holes luck you got that. My fiance went their to buy a formal dress for a black tie event we have to attend. They completely ignored her and walked right past her. Will never shop or spend a dime at any store the company owns. We are down to simple people and she needed some help but women walked right past her, not even giving her time of day. Pisses me off royally
