Nice helpful people and beautiful rings to boot!

If I could give a lower rating I would. I ordered a custom wedding band off the internet. The stones kept popping out and getting destroyed. Zales ruined my wedding band. They never even offered me the original warranty on my band and I had to order it after. The first time my ring came back, they didn't even put the right stones in my ring. My husband got his first ring custom order through them as well and they offered him the warranty but never told him that his ring could never be resized. It took well over 90 days for the ring to come in so we couldn't even return it. Every time we go to the store, there are new employees as well. NEVER shop here unless you want to be in agony over every little thing.
