I really liked this store. Staff was friendly and the merchandise we bought was at a really reasonable price.

Between the store and corporate I dont know which ones are worse! The store manager Amanda is extremely rude and told us "Corporate don't know what's going on" and corporate is also rude! Zales ruined our special moment and wasted alot of our time.  If i could give them No stars I would! There is little to no communication between store manager,employees and customers. Everyone had a different answer such as pricing on engravement of my engagement ring, sizing and length of time for tasks to be completed by warehouse.  I have NEVER had such a hard time at a jewlery store before in my life! This has been a vicious circling headache only to get nothing solved and my engagement ring return to me scratched, cut and horrid looking only to return it in the end and go somewhere else. Corporate wanted us to use our warranty  to fix a forced in gemstone by their warehouse and re buy another one after we used our first one! They would not help us anymore unless we paid more for something we didnt do! They are stealing peoples money and I will be hiring an attorney to handle the rest!

Great service and warranty. The didn't have the diamond in Stock. They brought in an outside diamond rep with multiple options in the cut I asked for at a great price. A diamond fell out after resizing and the fixed it quickly.

This place is an absolute joke.

Called and asked about screw on backs for diamond earrings.. 
They took forever to answer the phone.. then placed me in hold for 10 mins..
Came back said oh, they are still on the phone.. laughed then hung up..
So this is what proper customer service has turned into..none..
