I'm make sure il tell all my customers that your service is horrible and never to order from you guys. How long does it take to make a simple sub and deliver it 5 minutes away and take 1hour and 13 minutes. I figure I give it a try once again and now I know why I don't order from this horrible place.

These guys do a good job. If you are looking for traditional New Haven Pizza, go to Modern. If you want a fresh, well made pizza for half the price, I don't think you will find a better pizza than at Ziggy's. Fast consistent, very well priced.

Ordered For A House Warming Party And The Pizza Was A Hit. Extremely Delicious And The Driver Was Quick And Pleasant. Yum. 🍕

I frequently ordered from Ziggy's and I had never had an issue. Tonight however? TERRIBLE. Not only was my food an hour and a half late, but I wasn't even given the common courtesy of a call to say my order was running late. I ended up having to call the restaurant, 20 minutes after the refreshed time GrubHub said I should be receiving it, and was told the order was leaving the restaurant then. When my food finally arrived, the food was cold, and my pizza wasn't even sliced. I called the restaurant and was told that the manager and owner weren't in when I asked and then was lied to and told the man I was speaking to was the "owner" even though he had just said the owner wasn't in. I was then told that he "wouldn't return my f*ing money" when I requested it. I had to contact Grubhub and wait on the call for another hour before Grubhub authorized a refund, because the restaurant wouldn't answer Grubhub's call and when they finally did answer they told Grubhub that they refused to do a refund. I will NEVER order from this place again, and recommend you save your money and do the same.
