I would first like to start with the fact that this 5 star rating is NOT for Zions Bank itself. I think Zions Bank deserves maybe a 1 star. However the 5 stars is absolutely for this branch and specifically for the branch manager. Up until my experience with this branch manager there is not one thing positive I could say about Zions Bank. In fact they are by far the worst bank we've ever dealt with. However this branch is very polite, knowledgeable and most of all honest. The branch manager took great care of my wife and I. There was an error with Zions banking system and after telling countless customer service agents and after countless phone calls ending in frustration and sometimes my wife feeling absolutely belittled, I finally was able to prove it to them that it was in fact an error on their end and not on my own. The branch manager took the time to listen to me and allowed me to explain and show him what was going on. He didn't hesitate, he knew it was an error and took care of us right away. He and his branch are the only thing that I have found good about Zions Bank. I will ALWAYS use this branch and I refuse to talk or deal with anybody else within Zions Bank.

Bad customer service on the personal banking side.  Tellers are very friendly but if you need something more involved, go to a different branch!

My teller was named Summer. She was positive and friendly. I left the branch feeling that I would always chose to work with an individual face to face.

I have been trying to open a business account with this branch for over a week now and I can get anyone to get back to me. I will modify my review when Zion's Bank gets back to me. Let's see how long it takes.
UPDATE: they never got back to me. I had to strop by the branch to follow up. They also forgot to order my ATM card and placed holds on my deposited checks when my original branch in Sugar House never did.

This is the worse bank ever.. Only 2 ladys helping and the rest of the people sitting around.. Your wait line is about 1 hour so you can make a deposit dont come here... Im changing banks
