Just off the phone with the Branch Manager, Pamela, who went above and beyond expectations to assist me with my request for guidance around obtaining a Medallion signature guarantee. While I was not able to accomplish my goal, the extra effort and attention provided-- even as an "anonymous" caller-- is worthy of commendation.

Great customer service, poorly informed bankers. For this case I was told they would close an account and call me the day after to inform so. Because it would damage monthly accounts closed or something like that... he didnt do so and I had to ask several times on three occasions until the issue was resolved. Great people but shouldnt make false promises that take such a hassle and effort to resolve.

I can't speak for the interactions had by these other folks, but this branch literally picked up the phone before the first ring was over, and answered my inane questions promptly and personably. This branch is awesome, plus they're actually opened at a time when a regular human being can stop by. Keep it up Welly Farg...just stop charging me overdraft charges for money YOU moved out of my checking and into my savings before I charged 18.99 to my account for a combination spatula egg-beater from IKEA.
