My experiences here have been many, and varied.  I have had nothing short of the best experience here today. The management cares about individuals, and they take their jobs seriously.  If there are any issues, ask to speak to a supervisor, so you can get to the bottom of it; that's what I did today, and they handled a big frustrating situation, as well as it could have been handled.

I transferred to this bank thinking I would get better service with a smaller credit union. I was wrong! I have experienced very poor customer service in the Brickyard branch on more than one occasion. The online customer service is more helpful than the tellers or managers. I had an issue that I needed help resolving and I got nowhere by talking to them. They simply turned me away without even checking my ID or listening to my problem. They treated me like a criminal. They gave me no help and told me to figure it out on my own.
