This location has always had good service, but it can be hard to access at times due to it's location  and the flow of traffic. Not necessarily their fault but it can be irritating to try to make it before they close when state street is packed for rush hour.

Terrible service!!! They all need to take a business communications course. They don't return phone calls about serious transactions/loan info. YOU have to call back even when they promised an appointment/phone call. You'll be bounced around between 5 different people telling you different things. Management doesn't care, in fact they're part of the problem. There are oversights and then there's just communication breakdowns due to incompetence. Also, if someone is working one day but isn't the next day and yet they TELL YOU TO COME IN AND SEE THEM PERSONALLY that's ridiculously unprofessional.

This branch is run by a bunch of entitled prick millennials who would rather tell me to go to hell than treat me with the respect. Gave me trouble opening a business account. It took them a week and they still wouldn't open it. I went to Mountain America and had the account open in 15 minutes!
