This is the third time in the last month that I’ve tried to fuel up here, and something about their payment system at the pumps has been broken—but no signs have been posted, so each time I spent 5+ minutes trying to get it to work, thinking that their system was slow or that my card was the problem. I also got very curt customer service when I had to come inside to pay. I gave this exact feedback to two employees at the register today, and did not receive even a “sorry” or even an apologetic attitude—almost like receiving my business was a compulsory thing and I just had to deal with the inconveniences. Nope, sorry, if your system is broke for over 2 weeks, with no signs posted, and you aren’t even remotely apologetic about it, you’ve lost my business.

The manager and all of the staff are always friendly and quick with service. I've been stopping by here for 3 years now.

I normally love going to Zips but this location is the worse one I have been too as of today I'm no longer going to be a customer and for sure tell my friends as well. 
I have ordered and got missing food in the past also today the lady didn't get my order right she missed it all together,  when I asked for fry sauce I didn't get any sauce.
Worse place ever! I'm done going here.

I was over charged by the manager last name Ross and she said to my face even though it was her mistake that "it's not her fault I can't read" while I was right there. She needs to be retrained and learn the meaning of customer service and how to add things up correctly and realize her mistakes.
