BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. Purchased a car back in Nov-Dec 2016, about a month after had a problem with the car. Brought it into this dealership and was told I'd have to pay around $1,200 to get it fixed. Was offered an Easy Care warranty to repair the car for free and take care of the shop bill. Didn't know what I was in for.. They ended up signing me up for a loan through an independent financial institution and was told it would be $140 a month payments at no interest. Little did I know the total "premium" cost of the loan was $2,955! A few months later as I struggled to pay this bill and realized that the warranty was not beneficial to me in any way whatsoever/had terrible reviews (and almost $1,000 in total payments towards it), I needed to cancel. I tried to get a hold of this dealership, leaving messages on their phone and getting no return calls for nearly a week. Finally submitted their form online and got a call back the next day. I was not treated well on the phone and told that I "can't cancel" my warranty, and if I did there would be consequences and I'd have to pay the shop bill. (even though I have every right to cancel) Was also told they would not "eat the cost" of my shop bill. How professional. I ended up having to take one of my days off, drive to the dealership and speak to the GM myself. That was on 7/6. He was very nice about it, said they are not worried about the shop bill and will send a simple cancellation form to get me out of the mess I was in and be done with it. He needed the mileage on my car to fax it in, and said if I provided him with the info he would send it over that day. Called him back 25 minutes after I left the dealership with the info and left written messages to him with the information. Well 11 days later, the warranty is still not cancelled and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anybody that will help me from the dealership. I surely do not have the time to spend playing games with three separate entities (The dealership, the warranty, and the loan company) to cancel something I was pressured into in the first place, but I'm worried about this affecting my credit as I now have a loan that I am not paying for a service I do not want. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but I have to tell my story in order to protect others from this happening to them. It's a shame that places like this exist and value revenue over customers.

Great team. The salesman, Mike, spent a lot of time with us this weekend and found us the exact car my wife wanted and made it work with our budget. We'll definitely be returning at the end of the lease.

I worked at this location for 3 months before leaving for something closer to home. This was a fantastic place to work and I hope to return some day down the road. Brett Lewis is a great manager, and the team was, for the most part, helpful and fun to be around. The showroom was always clean, and we cared about my customers. I would highly recommend working for this particular store, just be ready to work hard. Some of the best in the business call this store their stomping ground.

I have been a customer of Cochran Nissan since 2013 and have taken my vehicle there for service ever since. In November, they did a courtesy check and noted a few things that would need to be addressed. In March I took my car in for an oil change and they said they did the courtesy check and everything was fine. Keep in mind; I never made any of the suggested changed they marked. Also, asked to fix under panel with some clips; was told 'no problem" -- only to have it not done. Very disappointed. I called and left a message ; someone called back and told me they got the message and to expect a call the following day from the service manager. I am still waiting for that call.

Perfect! start to finish. Salesman Mike and finance manger both did a great hob with my purchase! car was priced right online, and although i had bad credit, they still found a way to approve financing for me. on my way to rebuilding my credit and driving a nice nearly new G37x! thanks again guys
