I walked in without an appointment to get my oil changed. I was treated great. Waiting room comfortable. Car done. Cleaned. Levels checked and I was out in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you for great service on my time schedule!

WORST dishonest service location! They charged me $476 for work that they never done and they admitted that and refunded me my money. I have all the receipts. Here is what happens : 

I was trying to make sure that there are no leaks after completing transmission service (my old car once had a leak after transmission service) and I realized the fluid lines were dry and doesn't seem be NEVER touched or removed, there still dry dust/dirt on the them and on the area around, no signs of afterword-clean up either,  same thing for the the fill-level plug! This indicates no transmission service was preformed on the vehicle!

A small sample of the fluid was obtained; the sample looked the same as before sending the car for service.  When I got there they admitted that before they when I confronted them and refunded all my money. DONT GO THERE.

Kory and Brandon, down in Collision are great.
Very helpful and courteous. 
As are Don, Lexi and the others up in the service department.
The young fella in sales that sold my Wife and I our Terrain(I forget his name, sorry. He has recently married) is a good dude.

If I could give a 0 i ABSOLOUTLY would I bought a 2007 Ford F-150 July of 2016 for 16k and I came back a year later (this year) to get my yearly inspection & emissions and to possibly do a trade in for a smaller vehicle and they told me it's only worth $7,500. So I told him I was definitely ripped off. Then he told me it's impossible to get ripped off here, yet my car decreased in value over $7,000 in a little less than one year! So he then started to get in my face and shook my hand very aggressively and squeezing harder and harder raising his voice yelling at me being very rude and obscene then his old man buddy with the cane came over and they started to gang up on me so I just walked away. I then went to check on my truck to see how much longer it would be until it was done and they HADN'T EVEN STARTED IT mind you i got there at 9:30am and this was 11:45am when I went to check they took my truck back immediately when I got there at 9:30 as well!!!! So I took my truck and called to file a complaint and spoke with Tim he directed me to Kia sales to help me he was great and so was Matt Ross and Dave they honestly tried to help me but the only option was to pay $26,500 for a basic package Kia Forte!!! I would be losing out on around $6,000. So I did not get out of there until 2:30 and left with the overpriced rip off truck anyway. To sum it up YOU WILL GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AT #1 COCHRAN OF ROBINSON AND ROBBED BLIND THEN WHEN YOU NEED HELP THEY TURN THEIR BACKS ON YOU!! I do not come from money nor do I have alot of money I work 9-5 m-f and live paycheck to paycheck and am now in a very tough situation. FYI JUSTIN TAYLOR IS THE SALESMAN THAT ROBBED ME HE NO LONGER WORKS THERE SO I'M SURE HE'S AT A NEW PLACE BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU COME ACROSS HIM.... THIEVES IS WHAT THESE PEOPLE ARE. AND THAT TALL MANLY LOOKING "LADY" that works in service assistance is very rude and disrespectful!

Receive the call from the service writer stating that the vehicle was due for service. Dropped vehicle off, and received a call within a couple hours that the maintenance have been finished.  Don is a great person and always treats us great!  Thank you for such great customer service.
