My tech was awesome i think his name was Rashid? He is definitely one of the only reasons I'd consider coming back to have work done on my car. He really knows his stuff and made suggestions on things i should have looked at in the future.  Awesome service!

They let me drive an unsafe and unfinished car !!

I was told that my S550 had problems with ECU, but they ended up changing starter batter and couple of stuff which I didn't think was necessary. The car never started after I drove it back home and the service consultant's excuse was not acceptable. I tried starting the car couple of times and the engine blew puffing heavy smoke. I popped the hood only to find that some parts were hanging without properly assembly, wires crossing and worn off insulation and the engine cover was missing. Ignoring the crazy amount I paid for this service I cannot believe they let me drive an unfinished and unsafe car !!

Ryan gave me great service through the whole ordeal he was right on top of things and kept me up-to-date with everything I will always bring my car here one of the best car service in Pittsburgh
