My car was sent here to get some repairs they kept the car longer than expected I was upset just because I wanted my car by the date they told me. I spoke to the manager he was very nice and Dork was great also. My overall experience when I picked my car up I was so happy. They had the car all shined up and ready for me. Overall service was good never bought car here but, might look into trading in my vehicle here. Thank you Ford dealer.

The number one thing that I normally hate about dealerships is that the salesmen tend to size you up the second they see that you are young and/or a woman and assume you know nothing about cars. Ryan didn't do that at all. He was super friendly from the moment my fiance and I walked through the door. He took the time to go over the type of car we wanted, our must-have features and our budget. He was very respectful of all of those things and helped us to find the perfect car. We even stated at the beginning that we did not plan on purchasing that day and that did not change Ryan's attitude at all. He was still very positive and helpful and that was what made us come back a week later to finish the deal. Sure, it was great test driving two Ford Edges to see the difference between the V6 and the 2.0 EcoBoost and hearing about the hundreds of great features, but his personality and genuineness is what really made us come back. Ryan makes you feel like you have been lifelong friends instead of him just being your salesman trying to make a sale. He has a great sense of humor and is very down to earth. He will even remember details about conversations you had previously. For only spending 3 hours with him during the first visit a week prior and him being able to recall details about us that were just casually mentioned is rather impressive! He also actually knows a lot about the product that he sells which sometimes is a rare find in any sales industry these days. Even after we left the dealership after our original visit, he followed up during the week to see if he could answer anymore questions or help in anyway. I would highly recommend working with Ryan if you are ever in the area looking for a Ford!

Excellent Customer Service--I called into the dealership to see if I could get an oil change without an appointment or prior notice. When I spoke to Jared Moore, he informed me it was no problem and I could bring my Explorer in right away. I was so pleased the dealership could fit me in with no appointment or notice. When I arrived 10 minutes later, the Service Department welcomed me to the store, showed me the waiting area and offered me drinks. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. I will visit this Ford store for all of my vehicle needs in the future. Thank you!!

This is model that all dealers should look at when they to improve customer service. I cannot sing their praises any louder! Every department has given me EXCELLENT service.......if I was not happy about something......they went out of the realm of GOOD customer service and made it the BEST experience I have ever had with a car dealer. They work together in all the departments to ensure everyone is on the same page and doing the job of customer satisfaction. I would recommend Kenny Ross Ford South to everyone! Give them a chance to show you what the experience of buying a car could and should be!

Bryan Ledbetter is the guy to see at Kenny Ross ford south. I have a huge family and we will always return to him! He is very very honest and genuine. Which is hard to find when you're searching for a vehicle. He is very knowledgeable on all of the vehicles. Which is how he was able to put me into the perfect car! Literally will follow him and always go to him! If you're thinking of buying a ford give Bryan a call!
