If you want to study martial arts, two things are of paramount importance.  The first is finding a Sifu/teacher who is skilled at his art.  The second is his ability to convey that knowledge to his students.  Scott Jensen at 10,000 Victories Kung Fu has both.

He has a tremendous breath of knowledge and the desire to share that with his students.  He’s very friendly, approachable and the class is a lot of fun as well as a great workout.

I’ve been studying martial arts for many years and invite anyone to come and take a class in order to see for themselves.

Want to get into shape and stay healthy? Then you'd better find some beneficial exercise that you do not just because it's good for you, but also because you LIKE IT. For me kungfu is just that. I'd also add that:
 -Sparring and dodging training is great practice in being in the present moment and learning not to be reactive. 
 -Sifu Jensen knows as much about body mechanics as the best yoga teachers. 
 -You don't have to be young and full of beans to enjoy this class--I'm 58 and very retiring.

I have been studying with Sifu Jensen for 17 years and it has changed my life.  I began studying when I was 33 years old and I am more flexible and in better shape at the age of 51 than I was when I started!  I contribute this to regular attendance at classes, weekly practice of the Muscle Tendon Changing Classic qigong, and on-going practice with my martial arts partner, Gary.  Sifu Jensen has a depth of knowledge that provides the student with many options for finding the perfect forms for their own body needs.  His understanding of Chinese Medicine, energy meridians, and martial arts make him an outstanding resource for health and abundant energy.  His own dedication to his workouts has always impressed me and inspired me to do more!  As an Asian Bodywork Therapist, I feel that this type of training is essential for continued health and longevity and recommend it regularly to clients.
