I've been a member of Ross Valley CrossFit for almost three years and love it! Everyone is friendly and helpful, there's a real sense of community. I never thought I'd enjoy it as I've been a member of many gyms and never enjoyed the classes or standard routines laid out by trainers, these workouts are fun, challenging and different every day. Well worth checking it out

I really enjoy going to this gym and taking the ignite classes that don't involve the heavy weights. The workout is really good. All of the coaches are supportive and non judgemental and made me feel comfortable when I first started. I give it 5 stars!

I think there is something special about a place that unites people of all ages and fitness levels to help them become better all around people. That is exactly what RVC does. I have never been a member of a community/ gym where there is constant support in and outside of the box. Steph, Nick and the amazing coaches have helped build an environment that is fun, challenging all while keeping you safe and tailoring the workouts to your fitness needs. If you are looking to make new friends and change your workout routine, this is the place for you!

RVC is the first fitness place I ended up coming back to and I am planning to stay here as long as they want me. The daily workouts are different every single day, all the coaches tailor the workout to my specific needs while encouraging me to push the limits in a safe way. The community is family and I am always happy when I walk in there. And out. I just wished my schedule would allow me to come more often.

Such a great atmosphere filled with fantastic people. It's amazing how really anybody could go to RVC and find his or her groove- age, strength, experience, fitness level, notwithstanding. There isn't any pressure to do anything other than get exercise and enjoy doing so.
