What a great experience for a stone cold Pilates newby. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in and got welcomed by the gorgeous young woman behind the desk. It was the start of good things to come; the studio is well designed, very zen like. Open and airy, but not too big. I took their Essentials class given by Jen. I'm definitely a Pilates work-in-progress, but now committed to the journey.

Amazing community and energy! Gorgeous studio with huge windows and mirrors. The natural light in the morning can't be beat. I love the time I spend here! Pilates fusion at it's friendliest!

With even just a few classes per week my body gets longer, stronger and leaner. Love it! The studio is clean and modern, and the instructors and fellow students are a lot of fun.

Thank you so very much for the wonderful experience of my 1st class ever in Pilates. Thank you for the gift of Health. I hope to be a living testimony to the potential of Pilates. Christina, at the studio is so welcoming, genuine, and in the moment, attending whatever you may need. The studio is gorgeous, inviting, comfortable, spacious and immaculately clean. Claire, thank you for an absolutely wonderful, enjoyable, class. You helped me at every moment I needed your guidance. Thank you!!! The rhythm was amazing. I felt I could keep up. Not once did I stand there, not able to figure it out. Well the gift just keeps on giving. After the class you feel like your floating. The next day, woke up energized, walking straighter, my posture on its on was amazing, you feel it. You feel taller. Felt like my body had been adjusted, stretched in every direction. You feel your shoulders, shoulder blades, upper arms, bi and triceps, obilque, abs, core, hips, calves, glutes muscles.have all been worked out, just from that one class! Truly Perspiring!!! Loved it beyond!!! Scheduled my classes for this week. Upward and Onward! Xoxo

Beautiful, clean and comfortable modern space with friendly staff and knowledgeable teachers. I enjoy my time here very much!
