Brought my car in for a $79 alignment. Was told that my ball joints were too bad and "they didn't want to take my money." I thought cool, go and pick it up. Get a bill for $92 for them to do nothing. Will not recommend or take anything there ever again. Called up local repair shop and he wanted half for the ball joints!

So I called John, like he asked, and mentioned that I didn't feel that I was treated like a valued customer when I was charged for them doing nothing. He said, "Let me talk to Lynn (the owner) and I'll see what we can do to make it right. Can I call you back?" I said sure. He never called back. I even waited until the following Wed. Still nothing. Not sure how these people stay open, but don't give them your money. Find a local shop, find a little shop. ANY SHOP! Stay away from these used car salesman style guys. TERRIBLY disappointed they can't do anything about charging me for an hour of work when they did nothing.

I was very impressed with the service and hospitality I received at 12th Street Auto Center! All their staff were courteous and knowledgeable. I had a last minute need for brake repair and they fit me in within the hour! Thank you so much!

Very timely, efficient, and top notch work.   I'm never worried that I'm getting service I don't need, and they educate me on what might be coming up for service needs on my vehicle.   Also appreciate the transparancy in their upfront pricing and I know I'm getting the best service for the money.   I've recently had some pretty expensive work that was needed and I never had to wonder if it's truly needed or if I would get a better deal from another place.  Great place for oil changes up to major service!

The staff at 12th Street Auto always does a thorough job to make sure my car is in the best shape possible. It's clear that they don't play favorites or treat anyone differently whether they're bringing in a brand new, high-end vehicle, or a well-worn used car.
