I have been pleased with the products and the price. I was able to get a new tire for under $100 and they scrape the corrosion off and painted on a Rubber seal. I also got an email for an oil change for 18.99 which was very helpful. The staff has been very informative and thoroughly explaining things to me and my options.

I received multiple phone calls keeping me informed on everything that was going on with my car repairs (3 different problems) and the price estimations for it all. I really appreciated that! And everything was explained thoroughly. Also the guys were really nice! I believe they did their best to save me money. I had an overall great experience with Tires Plus and I'm thankful for that.

Got me new tires, tie rod ends, battery cleaned up and a part on the way. Definetly will return. Amazing guys and absolutely great customer service!!

I feel like I got ripped off here! I bought a three year alignment package and after a year and a half they tell me that I need 1300 dollars of repair work before they can do an alignment! I feel like that I got screwed and that I paid about 170 dollars for a service that they won't let me use! I wonder how many other people they have screwed with this service! However, I did get in contact with the BBB in Tennessee where the Sioux Falls BBB claimed there headquarters were and let them know what was going on and how I felt, and he was understanding of my situation and he did give me a partial refund which is WAY better then the manager of the Sioux Falls store who just wanted to argue with me and make it sound like I owed HIM money!!!

Worst place to go paid for a front end alignment that is a lifetime front end alignment. I got one out of the deal every time I go in to having a front end alignment adjustment it keeps stating to me that there is seven to eight hundred dollars worth of repairs that need to be done on my car. I take it to other places and they say there's nothing wrong with my car I take it back to get a front-end alignment and they want to charge me. Is this the way they weasel out of Lifetime warranties?
