Meineke Car Care Center has been America’s local auto repair shop since 1972. Starting out as a muffler shop we have expanded to a full service car repair shop that performs services from car ac repair to exhaust repair to tire changes at our tire shop. I went there for coolant change but ended up having lots of problems. When I reached home, I checked under the hood and found out that coolant was leaking from the upper radiator hose.. it was leaking REALLY REALLY BAD..... I immediately took it back there.... the mechanic guy later fixed it and said that he made a mistake while connecting the hose and the clamp was NOT PROPERLY done..... now I've noticed another problem with my car... my wheels are out of alignment... the car sways to right all the time.... the mechanic must have hit some curb sideways with my front left wheel while test driving.... I saw some marks on wheel's side wall... OMG, .. I never had this kind of problem before... now my car is out of alignment; I am worried if coolant change is done properly... and worried about other stuffs too.. total waste of money, time, and above all I lost my peace of mind... Please THINK TWICE before handing your car keys to these guys.

After calling a couple other local brake repair places, and not being able to get an estimate, I called Meineke.   Not being from the area, I wasn't sure which Auto repair shop to call.  So I spoke with Greg at Meineke early Monday morning, very professional and courteous.   I had an estimate, no upselling and the work was complete at a reasonable price in about an hour and a half.  You have earned a new customer. Thank You.

Horrible service!! I went to have my brakes done and even told the manager that I was leaving town and wanted to get new brakes before I left, I knew my brakes were still decent but after driving 50,000 miles on the same pads I wanted to make sure I got them done before I left town today. So I waited a hour for them to tell me that all they did was a inspection and a tire rotation. I manager claimed he didn't understand that that's what I asked for. I told him if I just wanted to get my tires rotated then I could have got that done for free from were I bought my tires. He then gets a attitude with me.. I will never take my Vehicles back to them or any mrineke. What a Waste of an hour...

Went to get a muffler for our older modle F-150. Norm from the westside location was AWESOME! He did everything he could to keep the cost down. Welded the pipe connecting the catalytic converter and went out of his way to call around and locate a cheaper muffler than what they had at the shop. Honest and understanding and the truck sounds great! Saved us a ton of money! Thanks Norm, you Rock!
